Background / History
Boiler Room Records began in Poole more than 30 years ago as a market-stall operation, later moving into a permanent shop in Poole Old Town. The business rebranded in 2019 and developed its online presence before expanding to Salisbury in June 2024, taking over Vinyl Collectors and Sellers to create its second physical store.
The Salisbury shop has since been refreshed and expanded, with a major 2025 upgrade adding thousands of pre-owned collectible LPs, improved racks, clearer genre sections, a 7-inch singles area, a box-set display and a reworked CD section.
