This shop is amazing, located in the heart of Wakefield. It offers a fantastic selection of second-hand records for digging, as well as new ones. They have a great variety of albums and offer more albums per artist than other large established music sellers in Wakefield ;) Which also have higher prices. Plus, compared to Leeds, prices are better. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to some of the larger, established stores in Wakefield. On my very first visit, I bought "The Stone Roses - Second Coming" for a great price. I plan to return soon this week to explore the many thousands of records under the shelves. Additionally, the owner is knowledgeable about their inventory, and when I asked about WAR albums, he was able to assist me. There's even a record player available to listen to albums, which is a nice bonus!

Fantastic shop I've purchased lots of Hendrix vinyl as I collect everything to do with Hendrix and also got some groundhogs stuff aswell friendly atmosphere and the 2 guys who run the store always happy to help get yourself in

It’s an okay shop. Theres a lot of not a lot tbh. It’s crammed so if theres a few people you can barely move. I’ve been several times and it’s the only record shop I’ve never managed to find anything that I fancied. The my have reissues too.

Wah wah Records is the best record shop around bar none! It's the only shop we come to Wakefield for to be fair! My daughter is only 15 and it's the place she spends all her money in! The guy who owns it is super friendly and helpful! Credit to wakey this shop!
