A shop with a small floor space is limited not by it’s square footage but merely by the quality of it’s curation. So armed with a wealth of high quality platters Vinyl Store Junior snared me for some considerable amount of time. As I browsed it’s bins so my pile grew high with a cross section of the sought after, the unknown and the downright surprising. Fail to show me a shop where Neutral Milk Hotel rubs shoulders with Joni Mitchel and Supergrass feels alright alongside Miles Davis and I’ll show you this charming store down a quiet lane in Canterbury. So good that it’s insatiable grip drew me back within 5 minutes of my departure to casually add to my spoils with “The Soft Bulletin” (I kid you not) and Fleetwood Mac’s “Tusk”. Topped off with a name of pure retail genius this musical oasis will make the road from Folkstone to Canterbury a well worn path for years to come.

Such a nice and chill shop, really pleased with my Molchat Doma record at a fair price. It’s so important and enjoyable to just be able to browse a record shop and feel comfortable in the space, with a friendly owner/store assistant! Thank you for a nice shopping experience ✨
