Absolute GEM of a store! Underground in a basement (always a good sign!) and the owner is a true gentleman. Fear not if you are not into their speciality of Rock and Folk, I was shopping for Jazz, Soul and Funk and I came away with far more than I had intended - be warned, it's hard to walk away from this collection! Also full of a truly broad range of friendly and passionate music lovers from all walks of life, it's worth going just to chat to the clientele. The final kicker is that everything is well ordered alphabetically and the order is maintained, and the owner seems to know where everything is if you're struggling. Can't wait to go back :)
Great shop with amazing records. Owner was nice but I questioned the 'cash only' or 'friends & family' paypal option. A little odd in the eyes of taxes. But whatever, I got some great Thin Lizzy records so I'm happy. Thank you.
Seriously incredible. It is an absolute hidden gem that offers a little something for everyone. Prices are good. Purchased four 7" and two C.D.'s for £20ish.Be prepared to spend an hour crate digging. The owner was nice and engaging. CASH ONLY.

I travel to the UK from Australia every year to purchase records and Vinyl Vault is in my top 5 record stores in the country to visit. A PROPER! record store with a huge range of every genre perfectly laid out, 85% original records, rarities and cheaper records. Something for everyone. Prices are also very competitive or should I say some of the best in the UK also. The guys that run this shop are very knowledgeable about all types of music and are always great to have a chat with. As always I will be back next year to purchase more!
