Excellent experience buying a new sound system. Vinyl realm have a fantastic range of second hand equipment, Pete was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me put together a fantastic budget friendly set up, more to that didn’t make me feel stupid with my lack of experience. Thanks to Pete and Jacki I am now sat sitting listening to all my favourite vinyl again and what a sound it is Thanks again guys!
My wife and I visited this shop for the first time today and spent over an hour thumbing through a great collection of vinyl. The owners are really friendly and we chatted for quite a while. What I loved most about this shop is it's "sensible" pricing of its stock. In most second hand vinyl shops these days, The prices they are charging are ridiculous. I recently visited a record shop in Gloucester, that had a (clearly second hand and worn) copy of ABBAs hit singles for £28 !! an unbelievable price ! The same album in Vinyl Realm was £6 ! A far more realistic price. I ended up spending £57 on various albums.... In Gloucester, I spent nothing, and walked out in disgust ! So I'd highly recommend Vinyl Realm for a friendly atmosphere and a very sensible approach to how much to charge. I will DEFINITELY be visiting again
A wonderful selection of new and second hand vinyl as well as hi fi separates. Pete and Jacki are great hosts and always have time for a chinwag. I've bought loads of records in here as well as a lovely Pro-Ject turntable and various cables and plugs. Top notch.
This is a must if you want to buy vinyl it has everything it covers all musical taste and the lady that served me was super friendly would highly recommend it
