Founded by Virginia and Ken, Vinilo Record Store was created out of a shared passion for music, design, and lifestyle, with the aim of helping Southampton fall in love with vinyl all over again.
The store specialises in new releases from independent artists, Record Store Day exclusives, imported titles, and a curated selection of pre-loved vinyl. To enhance the browsing experience, Vinilo features listening stations throughout the shop, inviting customers to take their time and explore the music.
In addition to records, the store serves fresh filter coffee and a variety of vegan cakes, making it a welcoming space to relax and connect over music. Vinilo also operates a sister store, Vinyl Vintage, elsewhere in Southampton.
