Wanted to return an item but VV didn't reply to emails asking for a return code after two weeks. Returned it anyway, didn't receive a refund after a week had gone by: had to start a PayPal claim due to the total lack of action or communication, VV finally woke up a week after that but offered only a partial refund, which I disputed, and finally, 3 weeks after the item was returned, PayPal agreed the full refund. Absolute shower of twankers, would not recommend.
Brilliant little record shop with an eclectic mix of music, also up for offer a nice little selection of beers in the fridge. Event nights are also put on every now and again and for the space they bring in quite a crowd.
Great shop in a really cool part of Norwich. Always a great selection of the latest releases and some quirkier stuff too if you’re looking for a new listen. The store itself is so light and airy, making it a real pleasure to browse over a beer. GO THERE
Disappointed!!! 8pm Monday 14th (RSD 2025) went online to try and grab Oasis Time Flies and Liam Gallaghers Acoustic albums. And all it said for 10mins Coming Soon! That does not tell anyone anything for that day. If you don't have something then state Sold Out! Checking today 15/0425 and again it states Coming Soon. Thank god for Pie and Vinyl in Southsea where I could order it online and have it delivered for free!
