Went in for a quick catch-up and a pint with a colleague. Vibes are great, didn’t get to have a good look at the Vinyl Selection but it looked proper naughty. While there it seemed like they had a poetry club going on downstairs, which I didn’t go to but seemed like everyone was having a good time. :) Bartender was super friendly and the price was fair. What’s even more, they got a machine that pours the perfect pint of Guinness, so that was cool to see! Would deffo go back again.
Vinyl Frontier is one of my favourite places to go at the moment. I love the fact that it's a space with good staff and a good atmosphere that I can go to in the day for a coffee and in the night for pint. There's a decent selection of craft offerings from larger breweries, there's sofas and chess and there's almost always ambient music. What's not to love?
Great bar with unique feel and concept. What more do you need Craft beer on tap and can which are a little expensive or going rate at £6.80 per the same as a pint. Great beer choice and if you not into that they have freshly ground coffee to enjoy. The hidden gem is the record basement.
Brimming with local knowledge, smiles and Welsh beers. Such a welcoming environment with engaging and attentive staff. It's like a little slice of Brighton but it's in Eastbourne! Fantastic selection of records downstairs to fumble through with helpful lighting and even a foozball table. Band and quiz nights are popular too and it's in a great location close to the south street shuffle and far enough away from spoons. They do sausage rolls, vegan and non vegan ones. Plus very tasty flapjacks. Highly recommended.
What an insane place in the most wonderful way possible. Outwardly a craft beer bar with retro vibes. But if you make your way into the basement to the toilet then you have to traverse a large room past the beer, an entire record shop and a lot of Bauhaus chairs.
