I had such a brilliantly straightforward experience with The DJ Disc Store. I live in Germany where CDJ-3000s had been out of stock for months and when stock appeared in UK stores this one not only had the best price but such a simple process for getting my pair of players sent to Germany, with all UK to German VAT issues (and customs clearance) automatically taken care of, with the final price as good as the best offer (theoretically) available in Germany. The items shipped within less than 2 hours of me ordering and the delivery in Germany was just a few days later. The packaging was great. Everything was in perfect shape and worked. Better yet, the items shipped with EU compatible power cables (not just UK). I now plan to use the store points I earned (another bonus!) from the purchase to help buy some Decksavers from the store also. I cannot speak more highly of this retailer.
Had a great experience with this company. Very quick delivery with good communication. Had a few teething issues with setting up decks, so emailed to see whether they could help (to be honest I expected to just be forwarded to Denon). But, Josh was fantastic, called me to find out more, then called Denon to find a solution and I had the answers I needed within half an hour. Top customer service, if only all companies were this good! Thank you so much, highly recommended!
