What a stunning record shop. A brilliant range of vinyl - new and old, 33s and 45s, plus a fantastic range of genres - plus memorabilia and decoration. Great atmosphere, beautifully laid out, and a real attention to detail. Has to be one of the best in West Yorkshire, at the very least.
Stacked full of different vinyls and cool bits and bobs. The vibes in this store are great and the walls are filled with cool posters. Not only is there a great selection of vinyls of different prices (even a £5 bargain section) but there is also an array of different goodies. Pop vinyls, t-shirts, cool pins, pub quiz cards and more. We left with a harmonica and two pins! Must pop in for a visit, even if you’re not a vinyl collector yourself, as there will definitely be something that peaks your interest :)
I popped into Record Planet for a quick browse and was amazed by their massive collection of classic and modern singles and albums. The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped me track down a few records I was looking for. Great spot for any music lover!
I absolutely love this shop… I go in there monthly to buy records for my own personal use… they have everything…! From the classics to the new releases… - I buy the 70s 80s albums and singles. Singles are mostly for sale at £1 which is very good considering the excellent quality there are… I went in the shop this morning as I really wanted Chris de Burgh - a spaceman came travelling… for Christmas, and within the first 2 minutes of looking I found it… - I always go to record plant if I want a record instead of getting it elsewhere as chances are they always have it… It played brilliantly by the way. I am also really happy as they moved, just next door, and now it’s at least 2.5 times bigger, covering more types of music… This is by far the best record shop in Yorkshire, I’m so privileged to have it on my doorstep…! You’ll certainly be seeing me again and again… Would highly recommend. Thanks
We visited for the first time today and were very impressed with this amazing record shop. Lovely staff, great selection of sensibly priced vinyls. They also have some original little gifts for the music moguls in your life.... Highly recommend
