Record Culture

Been buying from Record Culture since they opened in 2019. They bring so much to the town and have recommended plenty of great music to me which I would have otherwise missed out on. So much effort goes into curating a diverse and rich collection of music, all with the best prices you’re likely to find and consistently better than Amazon, too. I’m so grateful to have them in my home town.

I contacted Lee after another store was unable to get an LP to me quickly enough for a birthday. Lee was so helpful and did everything he could to ensure I got the record in time. It came today - 2 days after placing the order. Fabulous customer service and I will definitely be revisiting Record Culture next time I'm looking for some music on Vinyl. Thanks Lee - look forward to meeting you in person sometime when passing by your store.

Comfort in tasty tunes and Quarter Horse coffee I was happily surprised. On following my instincts, I saw the sign for coffee, walked into Record Culture and smiled. Behind the counter was the familiar sight of the La Marzocco Linea Mini espresso machine. The owner had chosen well. He has also chosen a lovely Quarter Horse coffee blend. What a lovely environment to appreciate music.

Great vinyl (and some CDs and cassettes). Good selection of both new and second hand. Helpful staff, they’ll order stuff you want. Great banter and a warm welcome with a constant stream of like minded music lovers throughout the day. Bar next door. What more do you want?

So glad to have this little Gem on my doorstep. Great collection of new and secondhand Vinyl. All the staff are super friendly, prices are always a few quid cheaper than online and supporting a local, independent shop always feels better. Lee will always do his best to get what you want in if they don't already have it in stock. 10/10
