I am so utterly delighted with my recent purchase of a Kawai CN301 digital piano. Duncan, from Presto Music, is exceptional in terms of service and expertise. I was guided through all my options in my price range, and Duncan gave me the time and space to play the piano. It didn't take long to know the piano was the choice for me. What makes Presto Music stand out of theirs after sales care, and be available for any questions, advice and sharing expertise. If you're looking at investing in an instrument, you must try before you buy and Duncan is the expert in his field. Thank you!

Presto is a fantastic shop with a wide variety of instruments and music and incredibly helpful staff. Duncan was super helpful showing us the range of pianos available, he gave us a lot of time and great advice. The cherry on top are the music events hosted in the shop itself; we’ve only attended one so far but it was simply brilliant and we would love to join more in the future. I highly recommend Presto!

Outstanding service from Clare and her colleagues when we visited recently to upgrade my son's flute. It makes a huge difference to be able to try out a wide range of demo instruments in a private room with immensely helpful staff and no time pressure for hasty decisions, and we are all absolutely thrilled with what he ended up with buying from Presto.

Excellent Service I recently bought a Yamaha digital piano from Presto fro my children. It was my time to buy at Presto. Duncan, who we found at the shop was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information i needed to choose the right piano for my children. Delivery was prompt and smooth. Would definitely use Presto again. Very happy with the piano. Would highly recommend.

I placed an order on November 1st, 2024 for two CD box sets (Rautavaara Symphonies and Rautavaara Concertos) with a promised dispatch date of January 3rd, 2025. The order was never fulfilled. For over six months I was repeatedly assured the CDs would be shipped soon, yet nothing happened. Instead of resolving the issue, Presto Music kept pushing me to cancel the order. On April 4th, 2025, they cancelled the order without my consent and sent a refund confirmation containing false information — the amount, date, and card details were all incorrect. I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my funds. Only then did I receive the refund. I also lost access to the streaming version of the music I had paid for. I received no form of compensation for the six-month delay, for having my money held without service, or for the unprofessional communication throughout. After I posted a review on Trustpilot, they responded saying they had identified my case using my email address and would follow up. It’s now been over a month — and nothing. No reply. No apology. No compensation. Presto Music’s customer service is negligent and evasive. They took my money, ignored my concerns, cancelled the order without consent, and walked away as if nothing happened. This is the last time I will shop with Presto Music. I do not recommend them — if something goes wrong, you will be left on your own.
