A lovely little store with plenty of records in various records. 60,70s, 80s and more are in stock, with some hidden gems that reward you for scouring through the shelves. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They buy records, so if you bring them in, they will take a look and give you honest advice. With all the other stores around Pizzicato, it's worth the visit to Botley just for this shop.
Went here to hoping to sell some records, got a friendly greeting, spoke to the couple behind the counter, very friendly people, very honest with what they would and wouldn't buy and at what price. Really chatty and knowledgeable on what they do, spent nearly an hour talking, if they sold coffee, probably would have stayed longer. Will happily go back to sell or buy.
What a hidden gem and treasure trove, I popped down on Christmas Eve 2023. Not only did I find some awesome rare vinyl, I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners. I’ll be back in January to pick up some more. Merry Christmas!
