Pie & Vinyl Record Café, located on Castle Road in Southsea, was founded on a simple idea: to bring together a love of music and one of England’s most beloved comfort foods—pie—in a warm, stylish setting. The result is a unique space that reflects the cultural vibrancy and historical character of the city.

The café invites locals and visitors alike to immerse themselves in a distinctive experience where music and food go hand in hand. On the music side, Pie & Vinyl focuses on new releases and emerging artists, with a general policy of stocking albums released within the past two years. While available in multiple formats, the emphasis is firmly on vinyl, making it a haven for contemporary music lovers and collectors.

This place is so amazing! The staff were super lovely and attentive even during a rush hour! The atmosphere was immaculate, is so nice and cozy to have a cup of hot chocolate and some pie whilst listening to the nice tunes and being surrounded by such a busy but cozy decor! The variety of records and memorabilia around the store is incredible! Definetly an experience I shall be repeating!
Great pies, loads of variety including not-your-boring VG options, nice relaxed atmosphere, love that they support locals with pie ingredients and also good local beer selection
What a gem of a place to have had lunch at! They are brill at making pies, had a steak & blue pie with couple extras added, a coffee and good company. Needless I say I devoured it all and then needed to hang around before I could be on my way moving again! The street this place is situated on is lovely, no cars allowed (apart from supply vehicles). Highly recommend!
Really good pie, great selection of records, lovely staff, quirky knick-knacks all over the walls.. it's all so refreshingly indie. Tiny eating area is the only downside (on a rainy day when you can't really sit outside) but overall a big recommend
