Nice to see an old skool bricks n mortar long time established record shop. I popped in whilst working away from home, got some good deals, some locals popped in and Malcolm was very helpful. Good shop and good to see, support your local music dealer
Great place for music CD’s and especially Vinyls, malcolm is extremely knowledgeable and Helpful, I've been going since my high school days therefore 1994 to present day and it's now 2024! Went in today and as always helpful, polite and will be buying the new Taylor Swift album on vinyl via Malcolm in a few weeks time for my daughter Cheers and keep up the good work
A nice record shop sells quite a lot of vinyl mainly the new vinyl you'd see in HMV these days. It would be nice if they could start selling pre owned classic vinyl and maybe sell 7 inch singles as well.
Always posting on tik tok, telling customers to message them about posting vinyls and to see what they can do so you receive the vinyl you want. Took 8 hours to reply and then told can’t post. So don’t tell everyone to message you. My daughter is very unwell and I was waiting to get a response about a poster and vinyl in the meantime missed out. Because you told me to message you.
My partner bought me a cd for my birthday as I already had it he decided to take it back with the receipt and unopened. The man was very rude and unhelpful he just said we don't do exchanges and just gave a long cold stare. There was nothing to say that he didn't do exchanges and wasn't mentioned on the day of purchase. We will never go back to his shop ever again.
