Super chill place to escape the madness of Leeds city centre! Really cool vibe, great choice of drinks. My friends loved browsing the books and records. We were here early before any live music but hope to come back next time we are out. Our new favourite bar :)
I've been desperate for somewhere like this in Leeds city centre! The perfect spot, tucked away in the middle of everything, to sit and do whatever you need to do. There's a chilled nook for reading (which includes second-hand books for sale), some records for sale, decks for the evenings, and just a lovely vibe in general. No pressure to keep buying loads of drinks. They let you just be. It's brilliant. Looking forward to checking it out on an evening, too.
The coolest bar in Leeds! Libby is a great server- much respect! Playing vinyl records all night. Heard so many great songs I hadn't heard before. Best bar ever
This is the perfect place in Leeds for a coffee or a cocktail! The city centre was crying out for a cosy, independent cafe bar with lots of personality. It’s very warm and comfortable and the sound quality is next level which makes it really special and unique to anywhere else in Leeds. The server behind the bar was really friendly and chatty, he also made a banging coffee which I was super happy with as I’m usually pretty fussy! I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning
So glad that Leeds city centre has a new venue like this. We visited Holding Patterns for the first time yesterday afternoon and even though it has only been open for a few weeks, it already feels, in the best possible way, like a well-established venue which has been there for years – really warm, welcoming and well thought out space with great music played on a clearly top spec sound system with a good selection of reasonably priced drinks. Great spot if you are in the city centre and looking to get away from it all for a while!
