I visited the worthing store on the 25th June, and was very impressed with the help I received. Sophie served me, and she was very patient and helped me to find the list of dvds I was looking for and if they had subtitles provided. I ended up buying 9 great films and left the store very happy. Regularly go here to get CDs , just a few things that have put me off recently, the alphabetical system for CDs seems to be very broken, and at times it's been a struggle to find the band I've been looking for. And my most recent visit, I was asked to give an email address in order to get a receipt, not sure why, I never return things. But overall it's a solid shop, the staff are always helpful.
Great record shop, good selection of vinyl, wish there was a greater selection on cd's. Stocks all the other usual HMV stuff ( t shirts, posters, audio equip). Could do with larger premises but all in all great to have.
If they don't have what you want, you can order it. Great customer service.
