Had a wonderful experience in store today, Cerys served my daughter and made her feel at ease as she could clearly see that she was struggling with going to pay. Cerys made my daughter feel comfortable enough to engage in a full conversation with her, Cerys was extremely polite and so easy to talk too, so lovely to have someone so welcoming. The staff in the Redditch store are always welcoming and helpful, I’ve had many lovely conversations at the till with other members of staff too.
Proper good! Brought back a fair bit of nostalgia for me, which is funny because they sell lots of memorabilia/nostalgia! They still sell CD's & DVD's though, which is cool.
I've spent a mortgage+college tuition in this shop, the product is just that dawg. Pokemon cards be hitting hard in this. Got myself a radiant charizard and 19 funko pops, really making me feel like a funko discord mod
Frequently shop here I'm so glad HMV has returned to Redditch, became a bit difficult without it shopwise. Staff are polite and friendly, and there's a lot of choices stockwise. Glad you guys have returned!
