We have something classy out of this HMV with stalls of colourful hand drawn signs. The stalls were rather small but they actually had that I could never find in some other stores.

Went to buy a cd. Waited at tills for 8 mins with no one bothered to serve customers. Manager chatting to his mate saw me then ignored getting another member of staff to help. Left without purchasing, ordered from Amazon instead. Used to be a loyal customer but won't be back.

Not what it used to be. I feel like the mystery boxes could be better, they could make their own with a mix of things rather than ordering them in from an outside company. Some of the isles seem a bit tight and I would worry about bringing someone with a wheelchair or mobility scooter along as I witnessed a couple struggle to navigate with a wheelchair.

Was okay until the interaction with staff members .So I asked if there were any bags that weren't see-through as it was a gift for the people I was with, and that's exactly what I said. Her reply . Unless you want to spend £3.99 in those . I said no thanks, and at this time of year, maybe ( at this point, I was rudely cut off . I had wanted to say as a suggestion to the higher-ups, could we have opaque bags ..) Her reply is that I don't make the bags . In a very snappy manner. You don't say pet . Grabbed my stuff as it was already paid for, or I would have gone somewhere else. Why have transparent bags any time of year for thieves to know what you are carrying . Karen rant over thank you.
