Dreadful. Ordered a record online 2 weeks ago. Meant to arrive in store in 2-5 working days. No emails, no update after 10 working days. Went to the store and was told they had no way of chasing it and that I needed to email hmv. Have now done this and no reply. Terrible customer service. Where is my order?

We were fortunate to meet a band show during our late night walk in the mall. It made our night a splendid one. Thanks HMV!! Lovely place to get all your hard copy music including afropop, saw a few Davido and Burna Boy Cds, I'm sure there were more I didn't see cause i was busy dancing
Great customer service in this shop, especially when it’s busy and a bit overcrowded during the festive period! I approached a young man called Fabian (I think this was his name) today as I was struggling to find some dvds my dad asked for in the shop. He was super friendly and approachable, he helped me find the dvds I needed in less than 5 mins when I spent at least 20 walking in circles. I will definitely be approaching the staff in this shop for help in the future. Thank you Fabian!
A good sized store with music and video choices from every decade, genre and style you can think of. The store was really clean and well laid out making for a relaxed shopping experience.
