Drop in my other half to spend his BD vouchers. Can honestly say there is too much good stuff in there. I have to wander the streets of Truro like a lost soul while he finds it impossible to choose something. Staff are brilliant, and always ready to help. Only complaint is there isn't a "waiting patiently" area with a comfy chair!!!
Wouldn't even give them 1 star . Was on the phone to them other day and he was so rude when I was asking about something. Maybe train your staff to have customer service or don't you have "staff to train this"
Had to come back to store a couple of times due to issues with some earbuds I bought. Have to say staff didn't just acknowledge the issue but were very understanding and helpful in resolving it, so I walked away happy and will definitely be returning.
