I went in and was greeted by the ever friendly Matt. I was interested in the new 4k deals and as I am not the best at finding things Matt thankfully took the time to walk me through the new layout. I was shopping for 4k titles for my new TV and Matt was extremely knowledgeable in some of the best 4k transfers that would look good on my screen. He was also extremely helpful going to the back to look for another item for me. Nothing was too much trouble, even offering to keep a few of the titles I was holding behind the counter until I was ready for checkout. He was a great no pressure salesmen and this experiences makes me extremely excited to return Copy pasted my hmv feedback here

The staff here are so polite and helpful, the music is low which Is always nice and the guy that works at the till is such a kind man. I explained I was looking for a specific T-shirt for my niece that has autism, the guy went out of his way to look for me and then gave me two free posters for her! Each time I’ve been here he in particular has been so kind and helpful that guy is an angel and deserves a raise for sure! Thank you so much, I’ll be sure to visit again soon.

HMV just amazing store, so much choice, Wide range of music, cds, dvds, t-shirts, Very organised and tidy, Staff very helpful and friendly, I prefer to buy in the store.

Music, DVD's, bluray, headphones, record players, T shirts etc. It's not the cheapest around but there's an eclectic mix of cool stuff to browse around.
