Great to see HMV back on the high street! A really nice selection of the usual CDs, DVDs and now vinyl. A large selection of various film & music related merchandise, funny/rude mugs, sweets & snacks etc. Got great service from who I reckon was the store manager in finding something for my nieces Xmas present. Highly recommended!

Always have stuff Edit: I went in yesterday and today in search of the Harley Quinn Animated series. I asked a member of staff who kindly searched on their database, unfortunately they didn't have it but she was really nice and wished me luck on my search. I came back today to buy Harleen by Stjepan Sejic and I will keep coming back to buy more and see if they have the animated series in stock

Really poor customer service. My excited 10 year old son wanted a mystery box against my advice not to get one. He picked one up not seeing the wizarding label on it. Got it home and it's all harry potter which he hates. I did ask for an exchange as hed rushed not seen the label saying wizzarding wonders. Anything else he would have accepted. Called HMV and explained. They did not care and literally said "tough". I now have a disappointed birthday boy. Thanks HMV

Lots of expensive anime merch and extremely overpriced American sweets. They do have cute Kenji products but again they're very expensive for what they are. If you want CDs or funko pops it's good but don't expect a bargain.

A well laid out gem of a store. This is really not like your normal HMV. I enjoyed walking around the store but what made it the best experience of the was the service from the staff. I didnt get the chaps name but he really did a good job.
