Great shop, lots of variety in things sold as well as lots of good deals that change each time I'm there. The lighting is a little darker which is really nice if you're sensitive to bright lights. The shop does usually have some quite loud music so that's something to be prepared for. Overall it's a great place to visit when you're in the area!
My favourite HMV. Always a joy to browse their aisles and find new CDs, Blu Rays and Vinyl. Store layout is great and they sell a strong variety of products. Staff always seems to be different on each visit. Had a couple of bad visits years ago but been great since 2021. Highly recommend for a good browse and staff are very nice.

Very impressed with the service provided by Becca at the till today. Knowledgable about the vinyl I was buying (Tick Tick Boom soundtrack) which you wouldn’t expect normally for a musical soundtrack. Let’s hope it comes to the stage soon like we said!
