This was a great store to go shopping at, where the iron-on patches are organized efficiently on a shelf! I bought an alien one for a cheap price of 99p, which ironed on to my t-shirt easily and came in appropriate packaging.

Used to love HMV record shops but not now. No real deals and never seen to have what I want. I can always get items on line, cheaper and quicker!

Tries hard but really only manages to be mediocre. Some better product knowledge would probably be desirable (see photo) - that gave my pals on Facebook a good giggle - Burning Spear of Destiny mayhap?

Wanted to browse for 2 particular dvds...when I found 1 it wasn't labelled with a price and could hear it had come loose...staff member was very polite and helpful as they assisted with my request to check the quality of the disk before purchasing. Whilst checking they swapped the boxes without trouble. Great customer service.
