Store is a bit off centre so I had to walk half an hour to get there but I'm glad I did. Very good selection of records for different genres. Make sure you check the mixed records boxes also. Some will surely pop up. Also very good discussion with Reuben, the owner, on various topics from state of the world to guitars (you can also find a small selection of guitars to buy there) and overspending on gear and records generally. That just before I did some overspending myself . Surely I will return when in Aberdeen next time.

I have just bought a record player & Goldstar Records was the place I wanted to go to begin my collection. There is a lot packed into this place in terms of quantity and genres. Really good service too and I came away with my first 2 records! Highly recommended and it's always good to support local business.

A pleasure to deal with, really nice owner who was happy to buy some vinyl from me. Good shop atmosphere too with plenty choice of music playing, no shortage of choice on show either. 10/10

Absolutely love paying a visit to Goldstar Records! Always come away with an armful of (very well priced) records after a good rummage through the racks! Reuben, the owner, is fab & very knowledgeable. Excellent service all round!

Great place to find old school and oddball records, with very helpful staff. Even has a corner with old videogames. Definitely recommend to go and have at least a peek if vinyls, CDs or games are your thing and something might just catch your eye.
