Fantastic new shop selling records, tapes, tshirts, fanzines, books and other items related to hardcore punk music. The place also acts as a hub to find out about local goings on in terms of gigs and other events, with a sofa to sit and chill and talk about hardcore music. Something like this was much needed in Brighton since Punker Bunker shut down a few years back. Staff are extremely knowledgeable about the genre and were already active in the hardcore scene in Brighton through other projects before Godzilla opened it's doors. Really great shop. I spent £140 within the first 20 minutes of setting foot in there!
Lovely little shop in the heart of Brighton, with a great selection of Punk/Hardcore/Metal records, tapes, zines & shirts. The staff are super friendly & know their stuff. Highly recommended if you're ever visiting Brighton.
The ultimate spot in Brighton! Amazing selection, killer tunes, unbeatable prices, and the best people around. Don’t miss out when you’re in town—Godzilla Records is the real deal, and it’ll blow you away!
Popped in to grab a Power Trip record, that I saw they just got in through their Instagram page (@godzillarecordsbtn). Had a great chat with Dimi and Rob, whilst listening to some great tunes. Great place to find hardcore, punk, metal records and merchandise.
Best record store in Brighton. Home of the BN1, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, lovely place to hangout listen to some heavy music and pick up a cool zine
