Philip is one of the most genuine and helpful guys in the audio industry and that's a very special and rare thing these days. I have been meaning to write this for a bit but as always life gets in the way. So I called Philip one day to ask his advice on my faulty Arcam amp. I was offered a demo Rega Brio amp. Now I work fairly close to the shop. But I was still amazed that he offered to deliver it to my place of work. Which he duly did. But it doesnt stop there. As not only did he chuck in some banana plugs. But he (Philip) had realised the amp was brand new. And yet he still sold it to me at the demo price. His last words were "you will have to spend considerably more to better this". And he was absolutely right. Do not hesitate to do business here.
