Founded in 2000 by passionate music collector and enthusiast Dave Hawkins, Cannonball Records has built a reputation as a trusted source for collectible vinyl across all genres, including rock, pop, jazz, folk, soul, and classical.

Dave has shared his expertise through regular appearances on BBC Radio, including his popular vinyl valuation show, as well as guest spots on BBC Radio Stoke and BBC Radio Shropshire. His insights have also been featured in national publications such as The Daily Telegraph.

In addition to buying and selling collectible records, Cannonball Records organises regular Record Fair events throughout the Midlands, Staffordshire, and Shropshire. While the shop is moving towards offering shorter hours on select days to support a better work-life balance, customers are encouraged to get in touch in advance to confirm opening times.

This guy is the real deal, left alone to browse but advice available if asked. Great selection. I've probably bought vinyl here once a month for the last 8 months.
In the heart of Longton, this record store is a little gem… reasonably priced, with great choice… well worth an hour or two of your time.. highly recommend..
