Had a great afternoon at the store today, bought an awesome new yamaha electric today after playing lots of different guitars and lots of help from Marc, who played the guitar for me when I asked him to even though he was left handed! I’ve been using this company since the Eddy Moors days . I miss my Boy Jerry ! But we must move on and Jerry is looking down fixing the World Every time I visit this shop for our equipment they always provide excellent customer service and education of new technology to help us with new ideas to improve our focus on exactly what we need and want in our new tracks . I had my first ever experience with Absolute Music at The Guitar Show this weekend. I am extremely pleased with the service they offered and their wealth of knowledge. My 6 year old son wanted to buy his first electric guitar. The man we spoke to was very approachable and knowledgeable and pointed us in the direction of a carry on due to its size. It was the perfect fit for him and he hasn’t put it down since. Prices were very reasonable and you’d be hard pushed to find somewhere else offering quality products for such low prices. Amazed by their customer service as well. Due to no fault of their own, the amp I purchased was faulty but they allowed me to come back the next day and return it with no issues and even tested the new one for me before handing it over. I will definitely be using them going forward as my sons journey continues.
